100kHz to 400kHz converters

The MOS FET technology is used for frequencies from 100 kHz up to 400 kHz.

This frequency range is mostly used for induction heating for surface hardening as well as thin wires heating.

MOS FET induction heating converters that we produce are also controlled by PLC systems Simatic S7 with touch screen. The current upper power limit for the converters is 50 kw.
