Induction heating

Induction heating is a process that provides fast and consistent heat for manufacturing applications involving preheating for forging, hardening, tempering, brazing or melting of metals or other electrically conductive materials.

It relies on induced eddy currents within the material to produce heat.

Although induction heating has been very well known for a long time, the fast improvement of semiconductor power technology has enabled it to become more simplified with greater efficiency, causing it to lower the prices of induction heating equipment.
