200Hz to 100kHz converters

Induktio induction heating converters are made in IGBT technology for the frequency range from 200 Hz up to 400 kHz.

IGBT induction heating converters of our production are controlled by PLC systems Simatic S7 with touch screen that enables comfortable and very adaptive usage. The use of Induktio induction heating IGBT converters is very wide because of their very flexible adaptation on different inductor inductivities and because of the design, which is enabling work with high eddy currents in the oscillator circuit.

These converters are used for:

• hardening, 
• preheating before forging & welding
  
• hard & soft brazing,
  
• melting,
  
• annealing,
  
• crystal growing and
  
• susceptor heating.

With Induktio induction heating converters we can very successfuly heat the ferromagnetic as well as the non ferromagnetic metals. The output powers of these converters reach up to 1000kw.
